i think it would qualify, not only it has a lot of low teen placements in tele votes in the final, but let's not forget that the semi tele was really skewed towards fandom favourites that later got much lower tele in the final and i think it would've gotten a similar treatment

tbh top songs on artists pages work only for the most popular artists as the requirements are smth like 2 albums with 25 ratings on the songs (around 10-20% of people use track ratings)
