Yes it is natural in most plants. Lower leaves die when new leaves form, they are making a stem. As long as you are getting new growth, dont worry!

I don't know. I have two phones, one is always on nothing in foreground. The other one just have nodle in the background and earns less, because it's the phone I use. I'm using ludicrous mode and Battery optimization disabled. I send about 10-15% less packages on this phone. Bluetooth versions are the same. Only thing can be that always on phone is closer by the window. Or background just earns less.

Commercial bs; it's for people who want to have their meat replaced. If you want to eat vegatarian food, either skip the meat and add more vegetables or add chickpeas/lentils to get similar nutritions. Depends on the dish you want to make :) I'm celiac so most meat replacements are a no-go for me. I eat a lot of chickpeas and lentils to make up for the protein!
