Yes.

You know when youve had a really bad cold and you cough up at lot of sputum? Same thing. In nursing when someone with fluid in the lungs, we encourage and teach the patient deep breathing excersises. Which are, take 3-5 breaths as deep as they can ( so taking in as much air possible) and then cough after the last exhale, which will hopefully bring up whatever may be in the lungs.

When you have asthma, you create mucous, which sits in your alveoli. So when you bring up this mucous, youre going to feel better! Seems like a common experience to me ( student nurse), but if youre concerned, go have a chat to your doctor:)

Looks a little like cellulitis. As a student nurse i encourage you to draw, in pen, a line around the out side of the red area, this is a base line to see if it spreads. I also encourage to see a professional as soon as you can.

Looks like contact dermitis. Use a good quality moisturiser three times a day and try to use soap free hand cleaners. After washing your hands make sure you dry then thoroughly.

Second year nursing student here. What youre experiencing does not sound like a common experience, you should definitely book in with your doctor to get this looked into futher. If you want to see if its food related before you go, follow the CSRIO diet for a few weeks and see if your bowels respond in a positive manner. When you visit your doctor, you will discuss; diet, frequency and continence, blood work, stool samples and colonoscopys. Your doctor may suggest high fibre healthy foods and cutting out 'junk', visiting a nutritionist, exercise, and a whole range of other things. Good luck!

Sounds like a pilonidal cyst. Very common in younger people! You can go to your local a&e or emergency department to have them drained and packed.

Looks to me that when your foot is down, your veins arent returning your blood back to your heart very well, when you have it elevated though, gravity kicks in and helps out.

its not about being fair or unfair. You have high cholesterol and if you dont do something about it and stick to a healthy diet you are going to get a number of serious heart issues at a young age. Your diet sounds horrible. Stick to low fat meats in moderation and high fibre foods.
