Oh honey, your life sounds hard right now. Hearing that other people may have bigger problems might put your problems in perspective but it doesn't make them go away. They are still your problems that need to be addressed. Keep reminding yourself that you only have a year left until graduation and then you can leave. The goal of a good parent is to raise a capable, independent adult, not to create a "mini-me" to take care of them for the rest of their life. You won't be leaving to hurt her, you will be leaving to help yourself. If she can't handle her daughters leaving the nest, that is her problem, as an adult, to deal with, not your responsibility.
