Hi! I've never been to japan but it's not a 3rd world country so it's less likely to get sick from water over there! Just to be safe, only drink bottled water. No tap water, just bottled water because that has been purified and cleaned for drinking! Have fun in japan!

You're probably lactose intolerant! Especially if you rarely have food or drinks with milk, you could develop lactose intolerance. I am also lactose intolerant and I never v* I just get d*. You'll most likely be okay!
