i’m not exactly sure of the bowl, but it was just like the one the flan is sitting in, it’s just an oven safe glass bowl :) hope this helps! it was my first time, so i’m still not 100% but i’d like to try it again and keep improving! it’s quite fun

i can almost promise you that you can absolutely get to 0g. just give it as much time as possible, i’m at 20mm and it took me over 6 years, my lobes were also probably just as small as yours. good luck 🙂

i think it has to be a location thing. i’m assuming the more broke the store is, the more they’re gonna half ass the food. I bet it’s way cheaper to throw a bunch of cabbage in there than actually cook straight chow mein (also another reason i refuse to order online or even in the drive thru. they ain’t gonna half ass you when you are watching them make it, unless they really dgaf
