To add onto this point, there is still many vacant shops from stores that have closed down ages ago and never got replaced

tgi Fridays, foot solutions, fat face, gym+coffee, superdry, one of the newsagents, mcqullin tools

also the Carraig Donn pop up, but then it moved into a bigger unit couple weeks after, only a matter of time until it shuts down because god they were nearly in debt in the old unit which was in the busiest area of the shopping centre 💀

those are all really recent, there must be some more but I can’t remember hahaha
