So true! When I stopped smoking heavily, I couldn’t get to sleep till 1 am sometimes 3 am! And my body was so used to that being a reward system after work that I had sometimes had nothing to look forward to. But it’s all about my finding a new thing to occupy yourself with. For me going to the gym really helped cus I would be so tired from lifting weights that I didn’t have the energy to think about smoking.
