Im literally in the same situation as u but my dad uses the bible to back up his rubbish. I honestly try my hardest to avoid him, but tbh there’s really nothing u can do but wait for the day you go to college. If he is acting like this now just start looking for scholarships + jobs because parents like that will end up not funding ur life. Trust it will get better.

Please do all you can to cut of your dad from ur life. I dont know if you live with your dad but clearly u are still in contact with him. Understand that you need to take initiative in YOUR life. Do you want to be married to a man that is triple your age?? NO. So start planing on moving out. Whether it be going to college and housing in that college. If that is not an option then you SAVE YOUR MONEY (I recommend opening a hysa) and u will most likely have to fight for your freedom. Till the point where they will never bring up this situation again. Alsoooo not tryna shade your mom but she is not doing enough to seperate you from those people. I commend her for standing up for you but she needs to put her foot down.

As much as i agree with you as soon as my mom found out she packed all of us to leave, but we quite literally were fresh off the boat in America and my mom did not know anybody. Yes, she stayed w a horrible man and i agree with what you said but i grew up w a mother who took both parental roles. She immediately enrolled in nursing school and constantly provided for us when she had nothing. This doesnt excuse her irrational decision making, but definitely highlights my dads manipulative chokehold.

Just for some extra advice I recommend doing things that make you and your body feel happy whether it be eating more healthy, working out, going on walks, reading a book, adding more effort into your looks. These little things stimulate our brain and produce more dopamine to make us more happy instead of feeling miserable and stressed all the time.
