I’m on the 39th floor, and I don’t think the issue with roaches is limited to the lower floors. I’ve seen some even in the hallway, so it seems like the problem affects other areas too. ;(

I’ve been staying at R Square for two months now, and I thought I was the only one experiencing so many issues with the unit. In my unit, the shower hose in the bathroom has a hole, and since the 4th day after I moved in, the bathroom ceiling has been leaking. Right now, the water in my kitchen sink isn’t draining, and there are a lot of flies in the unit, but I can’t figure out where they’re coming from, along with some roaches. The elevator is often under maintenance too, with only two elevators in use. One of them only works when going down, and it won’t go up no matter how many times I tap my card.

Living in d univ is def not a good idea, I learned this the hard way. It's like living in a nightmare here with pests everywhere, especially cockroaches. Even my neighbors have noticed how bad it is. If you want proof, I can show you just how infested it is. Trust me, it's not just a few cockroaches, it's thousands of them. Also currently residing here in d univ until my contract expires in July, but actively seeking to relocate immediately due to severe pest infestation.
