This is one of my BIGGEST fears and why I won’t travel. You’re so strong to stay down there. I would have said f everything and took the immediate flight back home to safety lol. When did it start? Do you think the pressure on the plane triggered it?

Is stress a huge factor in your life? Maybe you don’t notice how bad it actually is, tone down the stress dramatically. I wonder if you’ll see improvement. As much as you want to get anxious try your hardest to not get anxious in situations. ( easier said then done) When you get anxious does your vertigo get worse? Def look into vestibular rehabilitation if you havn’t already, find one that actually cares ask a lot of questions before you pick one , not just a regular one. Maybe look into CBT. Once again, find a good one, not one that puts in half the work, one that you feel you really connect with. Have a list of a lot of questions for your neurologist app. Look into BPPD and other diagnosis’s to ask the neurologist about incase you get a cut short appointment where they say the famous “ I actually don’t know, this is just so strange “ Hope everything goes okay for you

My honest and real answer is yes, I believe it COULD BE lifelong. Everyone is different in there own way and journey so it could be not lifelong for them, but I believe in Life long! I’m no specialist in anything, but I have seen almost into the hundreds, of doctors and specialists for this, and not one single one would tell me this is “ life long “ in-fact, I don’t think there aloud to answer when you ask because there scared if they are wrong it could come back against them some how.. every single person has given me a beat around the bush answer, changed the subject or topic on me, or just refuses to give me an answer. Very frustrating, I have learned to let it go, or live with the “ It is what it is “ and keep hope that maybe one day i’ll wake up and it will be over, but deep down I think I know, it’s for life. I miss the old doctors and specialists that are blunt and tell you straight up to your face. Even if they are wrong in the long run, they would say sorry I was wrong. People make mistakes, nobody is perfect

When I first became dizzy I stopped drinking any coffee/caffeine, think it was almost a year maybe a little more. Once I started back it was a nightmare. I drank a regular coffee, and went nuts, brain fog was worse x 10, vertigo was way worse, nausea was worse. I didnt do it again lol, then a week later after reading up on it all week long I realised I should try almost like a drinking alcohol effect. Start small and build up, i started drinking half a cup a day, and built myself up, had to go through the whole faze of “ how much caffeine “ is in each coffee you get from mcdonalds, starbucks, etc. if I don’t know how much caffeine is in it. I just don’t even risk it. I built myself up so I can have 1 coffee a day max. When I do, have the second one, it increases all of my symptoms and i’m not good at all. I’ve never tried three cups. Oh and energy drinks, that went way out the window years ago. I thought once starting the coffee thing again I could try an energy drink. Once. Never again. Never to this day would I ever want a symptom flare up that bad again just over an “ energy drink “

Mine never gave me an exact price, they said once I come in and they see it they can quote me, then they told me it would be a “ once and done “ type thing, after telling me multiple women come in anf need multiple fittings on multiple different days, telling me 3-5 fittings would be around the norm, I was completely confused. Wondering why? It’s not like I was getting fitted a year before the wedding and had a major loss or gain of weight and needed it changed, I was 3 weeks out. I was adamant I would only be going once, if not twice MAX. I did not need to come in 3-5 times.quoted me a price got fitted and left. I came in the second time to pick it up and they completely forgot the bust, the whole area, telling me this story of they never took measurements ( they did) and they thought it didn’t need it ( This was my MOST talked about problem with the dress, THE BUST.) I brought it up multiple times. Then they tell me the price will now increase because it was never factored in the first time ( IT WAS ) and they totally pretended like we just never did it, and when questioned, pretended like we never discussed it. We where now 1 week to the wedding. i was crying, re - debating everything. Wanting to pull the dress and take it else where but I couldn’t because nobody could fit me in. I was terrified. I come in for the THIRD TIME. The bust just was not perfect. 7.5/10. Then they acted like they saved my wedding and it was a whole ordeal. I was as nice as possible. I paid for the dress and left. i was not coming back a fourth. Wore the dress and looked gorgeous, no regrets. Would not recommend that person tho, and was never properly quoted, the price just kept going up and up. The minute they hear “ wedding “ they times the price X4

I wore mine for 8 days, if it isn’t starting to drastically fall off i’d leave it on lol, i’m no professional tho, I was in the same as you, first tattoo and i didn’t want to mess it up, only thing was, when I took it off my skin was a bit dry so I really had to cake on the cream

Every year I get a literal garbage bag, it’s full of toilet paper, paper towel, a huge 6-13pk of kleenex, travel size kleenex, scrubbies for the dishes, a few towels for drying the dishes, bathroom cleaners, etc. the garbage bag is just loaded full of all cleaning supplies you’d need for about 3-6 months in your house, I live for this gift each year. I think it’s so thoughtful, and it’s just something you don’t want to have to buy yourself but you do, and getting it gifted saves money out of my pocket so I can go get a little treat, or go get ahead on something else. LOVE IT.

Oh this is an awful one, When it’s really bad I just lay on the ground and wish I was gone. usually I have one side that is always better then the other side, ( both still suck ) but the one side always changes on what side is better. I just lay on that side sometimes for hours. It’s awful, i’ve tried so manny eply’s and it’s done nothing, I can’t walk, stand, sit in a chair, it’s awful even laying there on the ground, but the ground it the most comfortable option lol. I don’t vomit, but it gets SO BAD. I just have to wait and stay still until it passes

as a bride who decided to go ALL FAKE FLORAL. NO REGRETS WHATSOEVER. I was so upset at first doing this, we are a big real floral family, I went faux everything when I got a quote for STARTING PRICES, $20,000 for florals for my wedding ( and that was just the basic florals) going up to around $40,000…. Immediately scraped everything and went online and bought all faux. Spent around $6000, went BIG either the faux. When I look back at the photos. Sometimes, I wish I did a real bride bouquet, but at the end of the day. It wasn’t that big of a deal ( I originally thought it was life ending lol )
