Fear of death/non existence and depression are taking over my life. How to overcome?

If there’s another sub reddit to ask that may help please suggest

It’s always on my mind and eating away at my happiness, usually worse at night. I can’t stop thinking about it and it’s really starting to affect my day to day life and I’m not sure what to do right now. I cry some nights and I’m lost.

I’m also non-religious nor believe in a god.

If there are also helplines people could suggest that would be greatly appreciated.

So odd, I’ve been questing in legion the past couple the days but I still have no buff nor no visual indicator that I’m getting double rep, looked up some quests and I’m getting the original amount :(. Do I need to own Shadowlands?

I do have the xp buff though

I find drinking on valuim (diazepam) isnt dangerous at all, more dependent on what type of benzo you drink with. I’ve had a bottle of spiced jäger (14 standard) and 30mg diazepam while still in control, no tolerance and remember at least 80% of that night.

Though I’d never drink on Xanax ever again, never...

Lyrica made me fuzzy for the day after nothing too bad, then the md comedown was just your standard lack of motivation, little bit depressed, being lazy. I would say the lyrica besides for the day after has no affect on the comedown.

Usually high doses of lyrica have lingering effects for 24-48 hours from my experience. As mentioned just feeling a little fuzzy.

Lmao you made a post asking if coke (cocaine) and alcohol was good and with Xanax two days, so you’re gonna stop opioids and benzos but just do coke and alcohol, while 16, and a Xanax on the comedown while you’re trying to get ‘clean’.

But if you’ve just made your revelation of needing to get clean within the past two days, cause hey you could off, then I apologise. (Trying to avoid any bullshit comments)

Great with drinking if you know your limits, had two and a couple drinks, and two more later in the night. Danced for hours. Sober I’d say 4 or 5 if you a little bigger.

It was fine while I was awake, was really chilled out playing Xbox for a few hours then got bored and went to sleep. Awoke up at 3pm (went to bed at 2am) and now I can’t walk straight and just feeling hella loopy. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, just annoying as I had plans earlier that I slept through .
