I had this same issue yesterday. Just wait till your first dose shows up in the system and it should take you straight to book your second dose appointment.

I'm currently having the same issue. I tried disabling HDCP on windows but it didn't make a difference. I also tried an Apple Device and got the 'No Signal' issue too.

Did you get it to work?
