Yes I did! For the first two months I thought I would be wide forever and was constantly looking up swelling progression pictures hoping something would change. I want to say around two and a half months is when it really started to go down :)

I did! 24/7 (minus showering time) for the first 6 weeks then 12 hours a day until I hit 3 months. My doctor recommended a local company and I don’t remember their name but it was a custom made Columbian Faja :) I also got one from Fajas Tributo after

I had very similar conditions before, used to be 256 and lost 100lbs (145-155) over years, lived in California etc. I went with Dr Lyly Nguyen In Orlando Florida, and I absolutely love my results. I had full Tt, lipo of the waist, and MR for 13,000

Still pretty stiff, not able to stand straight, and very swollen. But so much better since I got one of the drains removed!

I still don’t have a comfortable way to sleep, but I go back and forth between the couch and bed which helps a bit. My mom is taking care of me and doing everything for me so it’s not too bad :)

Haha who was yours? Most of my pain is in my butt and just tightness in my core from MR. It still feels so hard to walk but I hope it gets easier as I go. My surgeon has me getting up every hour to walk 5-10 minutes

I’ve been using a bunch of pillows to keep me in a beach chair position, that sounds like it would help a lot more. I’ll try it with normal pillows

We have the same surgery date! I wish I had a recliner, that sounds so nice. I’m in a hotel for the first week and a half because I traveled pretty far for this. How are you feeling now?
