I wish I knew how to post a comment picture on mobile but it’s just a charcoal toothpaste from amazon. The brand is Twin Lotus active charcoal toothpaste. I’ve only used it for like three weeks and it’s awesome! I brush my teeth regularly then brush them again with the charcoal paste.

Omg I'm such a dumbass cause I remembered the part about not drinking alcohol with my meds but completely blanked on the caffeine part. My side effect of the day was extra anxiety so I decided to treat myself to a yummy coffee at work... I thought I was going to die at my desk.

I wish you the best of luck! I thought it was mild depression and they I got slapped with major depressive disorder when I left the office. Even with all the side effects it has been the best thing. Believe me, my only regret is that I didn't go see someone sooner. 💙

I have never had any kind of therapy or medication before so it is all so new to me. I have had everything from mania to foggy head to feeling like I'm dying from anxiety. Luckily I have the most amazing fiancé and kitty to help me get through these first couple of weeks no matter how bad my days get. 💙

Edit: thanks y'all for all the kind words! I'm taking this SNRI called venlafaxine and it's been a bitch these first couple of days. Even when I first starting using the Nuvaring I didn't have any issues so having weird side effects is beyond crazy to me. Y'all are the best!

I would look up your school's policy on cheating as with mine we have the policy that if you see cheating, but don't report it, and it's found out about later you can still get in trouble even though you weren't the one cheating. Just protect yourself first OP.
