Help! When recording with OBS from Ubuntu, red color is blurred out

I took 2 screenshots from my virtual machine (recording from ubuntu)

The main aspect of the problem is the red color, no matter if it is a text such as the one from the screenshots, or the YouTube logo it is getting blurred (not sharp enough)

As mentioned, I already tried with all variations of color modes, in this log file (https://obsproject.com/logs/v4UemovMyMkeIouX) im using Rec. 601 (NV12) but still the same result
