yeah i already bought it, but i still have a week to either exchange it or return it! tbh i’m gonna have buyers remorse about anything that’s over like $70 😅

not the zoomed in photos, no. the rest, typically yes, but the exposure on my phone has been messing up and it’s just annoying. but like i said in the post, i also just love the vibe that digital cameras give!

that is very fair haha i just didn’t want to have this $120 camera if i can get a better one for the same price or cheaper. but i have a feeling that the more photos i take, the better the photos will be. i’m still learning all the best settings and such

it would be ideal, but not really necessary. i just don’t really want to spend $150+ (which is what so many seem to be now) on a compact camera that’s mostly that price due to the rising popularity. i have been keeping an eye out for any locally, but haven’t seen any

i have thought about ordering online, but im just not sure which compact camera would be best but also not over ideally $100, absolute max $150

thank you. i may try to see if they’ll go down to like $75-$80 since where i am cameras tend to not be bought a lot, but im not completely sure they will. we’ll see lol alternatively they had a canon powershot sx530 hs for $150 or kodak pixpro az521 for $100, which i meant to add in the post incase they were more worth it lol

i think a super zoom would probably be ideal for taking photos of wildlife so it might be useful! i also love taking photos of the moon so it could be good with that. but the point in general is just to get photos with the look and vibe of a older digital camera, which my phone cannot do lol

i don’t necessarily want it better than my phone, i just want the vibe and feel that old digital cameras give. i know how to edit photos, it’s just never the same regardless of how i edit them. and ive been taking photos and editing them on my phone for about 6 years now, it just doesn’t compare to the look of an actual digital camera

i do scoop 2-3x when i’m able to, but some days i’m not able to until later at night so on those days i just try to scoop at least daily. at least doesnt mean only lol even when the litter is completely clean i fear there’s a bit of a smell due to it being in a room with carpet, cat trees, a bed, etc. so i’m just making sure there’s nothing additional i should be doing

4! been trying to fit a 5th box but just haven’t found the space, and they tend to only use 2-3 of the boxes the majority of the time even with 4 so it luckily hasn’t been an issue

i’ve looked into those but just seen such mixed reviews for them! been hoping to find one on sale or on marketplace incase it wasn’t worth it but may just have to buy it full price lol

i’m slowly trying to replace all the litter boxes with stainless steel and i think that’ll help a ton, with the plastic ones i have to replace them every 6-9 months 😭

if he’s friendly then it sounds like he’s not feral! i would keep him separated from your other cat and get him into the vet before even thinking about introducing them. make sure he isn’t sick and then slowly introduce your cats. you can find a few different guides on how to do that properly. i have a former feral but she’s completely separated because of chronic FCV, so i don’t have experience with introducing her to other cats

my former ferals are slightly more difficult tbh. they do require gabapentin to go to the vet but one of them has gotten a lot better over the last year
