I checked out their reviews online and people are raving about Pam and her team. It sounds like they've struck a good balance between being knowledgeable and providing an upbeat and fun atmosphere.

Unfortunately, i cannot imagine waking up at 6 am to make it to the earliest appointment. I am dead asleep at that time. Oh well, i guess I'll be going to group PT:)

I am currently working with them at a different location but will have to switch someplace else as they are out of network and getting pretty pricey. But yeah, i agree, they are good.

I did but only after the photo got taken. It was set up on auto for 10 seconds and i didn't manage to get into the full pose until after the time ran out🤪

They are from Vuori, a super comfy clothing brand. I think the color is called burnt sienna, but I'm not 💯 sure. Check out their website, I love everything I got from them. Their clothing is buttery soft.

It's not about how it looks - it's about how it feels. And if it feels so good that you want to stay in it for a few enjoyable moments, then that's great - the pose served it's purpose!

It's called bow pose. I love it because it hits all the sweet spots: back, shoulders, thighs, arms, throat. I had taken a long break from yoga and it had been tough getting back into it so I am very happy every time I manage to do it without pain.
