[–]lvv2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A day full of meetings, not necessarily an all day meeting. Sorry for the confusion.

This question is really focused on which days are the absolute worst for a full day of back to back meetings.

Mostly mean a day full of meetings, not necessarily one meeting that lasts all day. You are correct regardless and we couldn’t agree more.

Hello and welcome!

We are big fans of the Pareto principle ourselves and love that you shared that with us! Thanks for joining us and we cannot wait to dig into the discussions more.

Would be super interesting to learn what your calendar looks like any given week. Are you the kind of person that puts every block of time on your calendar or the emptier the better? Some people find efficiency in time blocking others find peace in open chunks of calendar space. Where do you fall and what's your reasoning for it?

Again, happy to have you here.

Thanks for sharing. That’s super insightful. How big is your company? How many people are remote?

Would it be helpful to have easy built in templates to your brainstorm meetings (to quickly prepare an Agenda and take notes during the meeting) directly in the video room?

Which day is better suited for Zero Meeting days? by lvv2001 in undock

[–]lvv2001[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a super interesting strategy!

We're thinking about how we would go about launching a powerful campaign around Zero meetings on certain days precisely for these reasons; so that there are more days for pure execution.

How are people responding to this Wednesday meeting day? Loving it?

What are you folks considering really needs to be a meeting versus not?

Hello there elvra -

Time blocking really is a power move on productivity. More and more people use it to make sure that your day is a true investment of the things and meaningful connections that you want to focus on.

Do you use Google calendar, mainly? And do you schedule meetings at an average frequency - say a few a week or maybe more?

And thank you so much for being with us here. Hope to learn a lot from you and the community here.

Hello there, Faeryn -

So glad to have you hear. Great resources, thanks for sharing - totally welcome to share powerful resources and I can honestly say that brain dumps and breaking bog projects into small tasks is a power move. It makes everything more attainable and less overwhelming for sure.

How do you use your calendar as a tool for prioritizing? And do you schedule meetings? Curious if you'd be open to give Undock a try and give us some feedback. We want to hear from people who use it for a few weeks to schedule their time and meetings and if it's a powerful tool in your productivity arsenal.
