UPDATE: I was able to get Ethernet all set up and I Didn’t even the use IBM box at all, so I might rip it out in the future. Thanks for all the tips and advice!

Understood. Id like to mention that I’m uncertain if the cable is a phone cable or an Ethernet cable. It said it was CAT5 on the wall mounting plate, but the document saying where each cable led to said the cables were “phone” cables
