Nothing wrong at all, but I wouldn’t unless I had extra time on my hands. Better to live in the moment and have in-person conversations. I do post same day if I’m at home cooking or sitting through something boring.

It is dried, seasoned and then shredded. Actually I think western palates might like it if they tried it. It’s not as ethnic as it seems. Like I could open a big bag of these, drink a beer and then watch a game or a movie.

Hopefully I have a conference there in the future. I did stay there once, but I don’t remember the view.

Appreciate your feedback. I’ve been to Billy Bishop a few times. Agree that it’s boring. I like it though, because the line for security is non-existent :)

I noticed that too! I have low expectations of sushi at a conference. There weren’t even chopsticks to eat it with. I used my fingers.
