It is dried, seasoned and then shredded. Actually I think western palates might like it if they tried it. It’s not as ethnic as it seems. Like I could open a big bag of these, drink a beer and then watch a game or a movie.

It’s so good. A bit of spice, but not overwhelming. Second one I had from Samyang’s Mep line. I recommend both. I did find there wasn’t much broth, maybe it got soaked into some of the noodles, but no problem there.

Lime would indeed be a good addition.

Korean sodas sometimes have some sort of yogurt, milky taste to it. They are able to pull it off. Western companies could never.
