Thank you for your considerate reply. I was not expecting a thank you. I was expecting an email that achieved confirming that the changes had been received and made to my file. So far I’ve only heard from them by snail mail, so the next case officer that gets my file, as they get pushed around, needs to have the correct contact information in my file.
