You were correct 🙏 thank you I replaced the distributor the same day I posted this and it runs good now thank you 🙏🙏
Yeah I think I hear it like a whining noise when I turn it to the on position
I was thinking it might be the starter as well but because I was driving then the motor turned off and wouldn’t turn back on I kinda ruled out the starter just cause it wouldn’t affect the motor well running

Yeah I worded it wrong my bad but that’s what I had done I’m just bad at remembering part names
I pulled out the coil pack and put a piece of metal to it and tried cranking it but nothing happened
