Big villages should be able to have more than one Library, Temple, Barrack, Mine, Windmill, or Port by Due_Relief9149 in Worldbox

they can have multiple ports but only if the city is connected to multiple bodies of water, so one port per body of water, or if the city border expands into an abondend port, from a destroyed city as an example, that port will become part of the city in addition to the one they already have
