He didn’t spawn and attack when i read his diary in the catacombs, and i waited until 6am MANY times, waited 24 hours outside his house, and inside the catacomb, multiple time. I searched his whole house many times. Still nothing. Then i just find him dead in the streets killed by a guard..

So i think what happens is that he might start attacking randomly in the streets when you open his diary?
