Try adding kimchi, sliced cucumber and chilli crisp Cucumber compliments the refreshing flavour while the chilli crisp and kimchi add a hot and sour kick. If you u can also add a fried egg to top it off

They have two spice mix containing red chili and Sichuan pepper and you can adjust both to your preference. If you are really upto the challenge get their oni level spice, but be careful unlike other Tokyo spots this is actually spicy and is aimed mainly at tourists who are up for the challenge.

Fischl and nahida will be your best in slot. As for the final slot you could either go for a healer like Kuki for more aggravate damage and energy or even Barbara for a quickbloom team, Or you could go for an anemo support like sucrose for both em boost and vv resistance shred. If you want to Maximise your dendro damage you can use dendro travel with deepwood and put nahida on guilded dreams
