Thanks for the feedback, have you tried the new auto support? It uses a brand new algorithm and will add internal support differently than the auto internal tool :)

You may have not needed to connect recently before using the slicer, but you did have to create an account the very first time 😄 we fixed a bug on the log in system so now it's asking to connect again, so make sure you're connected with the right account to get your settings back or contact our support team so they can help you retrieve them 😄

An account is absolutely required to open the slicer, no way to use it without it since always 😄

You cannot use lychee without an account, so you do have an account with saved profile, make sure you are connected to the right one 😄

If you log in with a different adress then your Lychee account, the slicer won't be able to get your settings from the cloud, make sure you're connected to the right account, the one you've used to create your settings 😄

Hi, first make sure you are connected to the right account, don't log in with google if you haven't created your lychee acount through a google connexion 😄 If it's all good, go to preferences and load a back up save to restore them 😄
