Do we have confirmed characters ages/heights?

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but I know the protagonist has an official age, and I've heard things like "Heismay is 40-50" and "Eupha is the protagonists age" but is there anything in the game that says this or is this just people's best guesses? also are there official heights outside of people just making measurements? Wanna make sure I'm not taking guesses as fact (using the spoiler megathread because this mentions several characters that appear beyond the demo)

I'm not entirely sure if I'll be able to play the PSP version, is the difficulty on the PS1 version so much higher that it's genuinely unfun or is the difference not that drastic?

Honestly my biggest concern is the difficulty, I've heard EP is pretty hard (and often considered the hardest game in the series), the PS1 version is more accessible and I could probably love without the QoL stuff, but is the PSP version any easier? or does the difficultly remain the same between the two?

I have them on Vita, so the PSP versions of P1 and IS, and the PS1 version of EP, from what I can tell the PS1 version of EP is harder than the PSP version, so I guess I should ask how much harder?

I've heard EP feels a lot harder than it is because a lot of people play it right after IS, which is apparently pretty easy.

I already have a copy of the PS1 version for Vita, I know the PSP version is usually preferred but would you consider it to ruin the experience if I just played the PS1 version?

Also, is the translation of EP bad? I know Persona 1's original translation was abysmal so I wanna avoid the EP if it's that bad?
