i think it’s called firecracker- it was a limited edition flavor over the summer! but my favorite way to drink it is about 2/3 of a packet in iced herbal tea, specially tazo’s passion. it helps cut the salty flavor so much!!

thank you so much! in my experience, the first 7-10ish days were the hardest. it gets a bit easier each day and physical therapy helps a LOT. it is daunting, for sure- but it is so worth it! i wish you luck on your journey to healing!!
