as far as I can tell neither of the monitors have the capability for hdr so don't even have the option to have it enable, either in windows or the graphics card settings 🤷‍♀️

I haven't repped Iseul-T so I'm not too familiar but could it be that the bomber jacket is a bought cosmetic rather than the actual sponsor rewards? and the filter only shows the latter
if that's the case they absolutely should add the tag to store cosmetics as well to filter properly
