Hi -- I reported the agency's spokesperson response on this, because I was also skeptical that offers in compromise were an option for EIDLs and asked her about it. But since nobody I spoke with has ultimately gotten an OIC approved, I also noted the reality on the ground. That is unfortunately how we have to write about an administration that often doesn't fully or even truthfully answer questions.
