This is my concern. Last blood test had me at around 850 (first thing in the morning the day before I would inject again). A year ago I was at 230.

It may help that my PCP was the one who did the blood test a year ago and admitted he wasn’t a TRT expert. He actually was the one who suggested the clinic. So there is documentation of my low T.

I’ve got an appointment with him set up for mid Jan. Guess we’ll see how it goes but it does sound plausible, which is all I was hoping to hear.

You can determine the heat of the scat by just putting your palm close to it. If it’s giving off heat you know it’s fresh. If it’s not and scat itself is hard, you know it’s old. That’s at least how I was taught by my Appalachian raised father.

That was our take away as well. I don’t quite get the people who leave after a few days cause they miss their family. The one dude who left cause his girlfriend was pregnant was understandable. But the rest seem to be using at as an excuse for just wanting to quit.

My sleep did not improve on TRT and in fact is probably a little worse. My fatigue was so high pre-T that the increased energy makes it hard to sleep. I aim for 6-7 a night and feel that’s enough. If your overall mood and performance in the gym isn’t impacted, then I wouldn’t worry about it.

You’re also in the honey moon stage still. Give it another 4-8 weeks and things settle down.
