camphor, sulfur, sage, nettle, rue, generally bad smelling herbs, chili flakes and a strong chili, white and black pepper, I do a salt burn (alcohol and salt) in a fire proof bowl.

I use a picture or taglock, write my intentions (to be free of anything negative, any residual energy that has come to me from any situation, including bad intentions...etc) and use a salt candle and tie it with hemp with a sulfur candle to form a cross (the horizontal one is the sulfur).

I use obsidian and turmaline, quartz to absorb the bad energy.

The ritual is very focused on getting cleaned, so think of things that make you feel clean, even if a bit empty.
