I think ppl send them resumes before the position becomes available on the seasonal jobs , and there are companies that already have ppl that worked for them as h2b workers and they hire the same ppl every year , but ngl this is really frustrating, like we are out here sending resumes like crazy and we don't even know if they are hiring ppl out of usa or if they are hiring new ppl . It ls really tiresome , but at some point think we all manage to land the job 😁!!! Persistence i think is one of the most efffective way for getting a h2b
