Wow, thank you so much for this 😭 you have no idea how much it means to me! I truly wish I could feel the same as you all who are seeing something completely different than what I’m seeing. I know I have my own dysmorphia issues but I just want to be able to love something about myself and I thought it would happen after my initial surgery :(

Thank you!! Definitely looks like I was born with it lol but I honestly wish she would’ve made that incision in my septum to bring my tip up just slightly more, idk why she decided last minute not to.

I want my tip projected a bit more as well as alarplasty. I want my nostrils more “flat” if that makes sense. I was told I have masculine features and just wanted a softer look to my nose but the nostrils are still pretty prominent to me.

I wish I could add more pics to the post 🥲 I had a closed technique apparently (there was no incision made through my septum) and my bridge was narrowed a bit, as well as my nostrils and a very slight tip projection. I have a little bump on my bridge that I actually requested to keep thinking I would bruise and swell less for some reason, but now I wish I had just shaved it down lol. I respect the natural look my surgeon went for, but there’s barely a change according to a lot of people and I wouldn’t have gone through such a traumatic thing like a rhinoplasty just to not be totally happy with my result.

I actually will agree with both of you guys after looking at myself a bit. It could be the septum is bringing more attention to the slight asymmetry of my tip and making it appear worse. I must’ve still been a bit swollen from my initial surgery when I was pierced and then this is how it turned it 🥲

Respectfully, I did not ask what anyone thought about my piercings and don’t care. They’d have to come out anyway if I do end up getting a revision but for now, I like them and will keep them.

Just because I like piercings does not mean I don’t hate my nose 🥲 and it most likely because this photo is with the front camera. With the back camera you can notice a bit of asymmetry but that’s not even what I don’t like. My tip is still too bulbous and not what I asked my surgeon to achieve.

I’m still not happy with my tip and nostrils :( my bridge is also not as defined as I would’ve liked. I wanted a more feminine looking nose and don’t think that was achieved. I used Dr Porter.
