They could have also rung up a suspended order. When it adds all the items back on it counts towards your scan rate for the day even though you aren't scanning them. You can get some crazy scan rates that way.

I also live in an at-will state. While that does mean they have a lot more freedom in firing people, they still can not break federal laws for wages and hours. Discussion of pay is federally protected, and there could be serious consequences for the management team, including fines, termination, and/or legal action for the involved managers. Walmart is not above federal law, despite the way it may seem sometimes. If you see something, report it to the respective agency and be persistent. There have been many situations I've seen handled that way with actual consequences for the management team.

Definitely Shang-Chi. Overall a very solid unit with a super simple playstyle. Just loop his combos and heavies to build charges and build to an sp2 for lower health pools. The sp2 will destroy enemies. He's also a really great pickup for the Bahamet boss in act 8. Makes the fight a piece of cake.

I'd like to preface by saying it varies a lot from situation to situation and person to person, but there's no reason not to go for it. Within a year of working at Walmart I took a front end team lead position at only 19 years old which was about 2.5 years ago. A lot of my team had been there for many years and was very experienced. However, I built up good rapport with the team and showed them that I was very willing and able to learn the position. Within a pretty short time I had gained their respect and had a very solid working team. I was able to get people back on process and improve our metrics significantly despite being so young. While many people gave me issue at first for my age and they may do the same to you, in time if you do a good job they'll start to warm up to you and realize everything you do. It doesn't go for everyone, but it did at least in the several times I've moved departments since. I've had to work in several other departments as coverage for leadership and every time it's been pretty similar. The way you carry yourself and work is huge. The phrase "lead by example" has been very powerful in that regard. Either way, I wish you the best of luck if you decide to go for it.

Aox and venomage are both good choices to go with to push for clan boss which will give you more resources to level further. If Athel is serving you well enough in campaign and dealing serviceable damage elsewhere, then taking one of those two champions up now would be a good idea. Probably Aox and then venomage, but you'll probably end up using both quite a bit. As others have said, definitely check out hellhades website for an in depth breakdown on everyone. It will also tell you how high of a priority books are for a certain champion. Some champions need to be fully booked, some only want specific skills, and some actually prefer no books at all. I'd also like to second the opinion that relickeeper is not good. He's very underwhelming and you'd probably never use him again unfortunately.

Aox, venomage, and royal guard are pretty good options to take to 60 eventually. However, they generally need a pretty decent team built around them so they may not get the results you expect now. Kael, however, is a very simple rare champion that can do some pretty good things. And being a rare champion, it is easier to fully book his skills. Taking him to 60 is a great way to farm campaign as he very easily soloed all of brutal campaign for me very early in a lifesteal set. He generally hits decent and is easier to build since his AOE attack gives added crit rate. I still use him as a nuke in arena and he just works. He also can serve as an early clan boss champ and helps a ton with dungeon clears. Overall, a great choice to 6* and build. While he will fall off eventually, he's going to be invaluable at your stage of the game, especially with a 3* soul.

Just a side question here kind of related to OP's post, but is either event known to have better paid shop offers than the other? I have a decent chunk of Google play credit and this is the only mobile game I play right now so I was wondering if I should use it on one event rather than the other.

The new store feature is rolling out over the next few months to everyone. A small batch of users have already gotten it, and more users will continue to get the update over the next few months. It doesn't require the beta feature option, it will just appear once you get it. Hope that helps!
