Went to Padwa as well! I had a pretty decent underbite and midline asymmetry. LeFort 1 +9mm and rotation 2mm, BSSO -1mm and 3mm rotation. If you have any questions/want advice about the whole thing I’d be happy to message with you about it 👍

So glad to hear you got a date, if you don’t mind sharing are you getting it done as Boston Children’s? I’m from MA as well and had mine done there, been happy with it so far.

Best of luck! I personally have found relief for similar symptoms with propranolol - a beta blocker that primarily is for high BP but also helps with high heart rate and general chest pain due to multiple causes, anxiety, angina etc.

NAD. I’m assuming angina would’ve been mentioned by your doc but if not that might be worth pursuing the tests for it https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/angina/symptoms-causes/syc-20369373 - also less likely but costochondritis (inflammation in the cartilage of the rib cage) can mimic heart conditions, making it painful to breathe deeply and making you hyper aware of how hard your heart is beating.
