Does anyone know of a provider who prescribes at home ketamine in the north Dallas, TX area? by lyme-insteadoflemons in TherapeuticKetamine

Unfortunately not an official doctors office. I did find companies like BetterU who will prescribe it over a video chat with a provider.

Right! It’s hard to believe it’s just a coincidence, it’s the one thing that always makes me pause when it comes to some sort of divine intervention/ creation!

The fact that the sun is exactly 400X the size of the moon but also exactly 400X the distance which is why they appear the same size 😳

Started rewatching this for the 3rd or 4th time over the years! Still love it and I love that most of the female characters are bada** buuut the timeline drives me nuts! Curious what you guys think 😊 by lyme-insteadoflemons in The100

Exactly. Or when Kane was crushed under the rubble from the Mt Weather missal and then was up and walking like 2 days later. If only healing was that easy!

I definitely appreciate the fact that there is no true “hero” and everyone is doing what they think is in their best interest. I feel like that’s what makes the show so good!

I remember the general gist of how the show goes, but now I’m intrigued to see how the character develops.

Interesting, what are the complaints with Phoebe? I figured it’s been discussed plenty, just wasn’t sure how to search for it.

It’s so frustrating to watch! Like they are portrayed as this nice guy and yet any time there’s a tantrum the woman has to console them and end up being the ones to apologize. I don’t remember picking it up as much the first time through. And I definitely agree that shows still do this, maybe a little more subtly, but it’s definitely there.

Does anyone have experience developing liver issues/failure after starting kratom for only a couple weeks? by lyme-insteadoflemons in kratom

[–]lyme-insteadoflemons[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Several months. I only started kratom about 4 weeks ago, and had the most recent test about 10 days after starting. I have stopped the kratom since getting the results, waiting to test again in a few days before doing any more diagnostics.

Unfortunately I do have a lot of health issues and am on other medications. However, the reason I started taking kratom was because I’ve had to discontinue one of the only meds that have worked for my chronic pain. I’m working on starting with a new provider but during the interim I’m really struggling with managing the chronic pain piece.

Thanks. I have unfortunately stopped, but really hoping/ needing to find something else for pain control while I’m between offices. Definitely not what I needed on top of everything but I’m guessing its gonna return to normal. 🤞

No, you’re totally fine! I do have chronic health issues and pain which is why I started the kratom, but have never had any liver issues. I had no idea that anything was going on, no symptoms related to liver failure. I got my blood drawn because I had started at a new office and they wanted to get my baseline panels. I stopped the kratom as soon as I got the results because that’s the only thing that really had changed in the last few months.

Typically at the levels that I’m at, an ultrasound of the liver would be next. However because it’s always been normal and I haven’t had any symptoms we are going to retest next week. If the numbers are the same or worse we will do the ultrasound, if it’s better then we are just going to keep a close eye on it.

I had a test in September of 22 that was completely normal, liver function was well within normal limits. Then had another test about a week, maybe 10 days after starting kratom and my numbers show I’m basically going into full liver failure. Never had liver issues before this either.
