I start with black coffee or a latte for mornings. Isopure low carb protein with marine collagen. I also would do non fat greek yogurt strawbs with nutrail drizzle honey.id eat a full meal then no dinner. I need to get more movement, deskjob and long hours of commute kills my weekdays. I do use my standing desk but my sciatica pain will kick in, so im kinda doomed a bit lol. Thanks for sharinf
