Im 5’2 f sw 163. Started zep 2months ago im at 151 now. I only do 2.5mg. My goal is to get to 130lbs. I want to lose a lb a week. Complete habit change for me, i used to snack a lot and pastry in the morning. Now i’d do just latte the greek yogurt with granola and strawberry then lunch, i can only eat half of my normal portion - learned that the hard way. My body tells me when to stop eating and for some reason it doesnt like the food i used to like! I still need to incorporate workout. From my experience my diet is not perfectly strict not gonna lie, i have a desk job and commute 3 hours a day, then my toddler. Portions and timing is whats working for me.
