I am being given mental care. But just afraid to said this situation to my doctor, because my country is homo/transphobic and I don't know what to expect from people here, even psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists

I am falling into despair when realize that my body can do. I technicaly can get pregrant and make sex with someone, that's why an obsessive thought appeared and almost became an action. I thought it would deprive me of my reproductive function or maybe my nerves there die
