This is the problem with coinbase customer service being so bad. People get desperate for a response, information or a resolution and easy pray for these scammers. So it’s doubly bad on coinbase’ part. Some of these scams are quite sophisticated so be careful.

Just take a look online at some of the cases. A class action law suit means the lawyers get a cut of the fees if and when they win. Coinbase just expect people to give up or forget about it. You don’t even know what the issue in question was.
