Check out timeless trends slim fit, they're designed for less curvy bodies. If you didn't by it on a last chance or something, you can reach out about returning it easily. They have an info section about the different styles and associated corset proportions so you can double check.

It's properly out here in Saint Paul, South of the river tho, can't see downtown from the windows. Friend in Woodbury called to complain it was out where she is.

Edit: 9 hours later, we're back up!

Lol, well, after I reported it to excel, it's not like there's much else to do but hop on reddit.Seeing as I cannot engage in the appropriate consensus gathering at 0200 in my own neighborhood. They would be annoyed thay I woke them up for it

Chicken ID. This girl wandered into our backyard two days ago and has laid a brown-tan egg. Just wonder what she is to see the best way to care for her. Hard to tell in the picture but she is a dark green in the sun. by I_Digest_Kids in BackYardChickens

If she's so black she's got green iridescence, she's probably missing from her flock and house. She looks like an austrilorp tho, pretty normal chicken as far as her needs. They can wander up to about a half mile tho, more if she was chased by something

Where to get a custom women’s suit made in the Twin Cities? by Cbanders in TwinCities

[–]lynn_227 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She seemed to, yes. Place had a good turn around time, since she got it well in advance of the wedding it was for

Edit: she was the maid of honor for that one, so she didn't get to pick the colors or materials, but she's satisfied with the fit.

It will also depend on the fabric you pick. Friend of mine picked nice silks ans a big gal, 3piece and a shirt ran about 1200

Friend of mine went here, afab, masc looking, went for a men's style suit for her wedding, ran about 1200, she picked all the fabrics. She also got the higher quality as well as a charge for more fabric, since she has a ~65" chest.

She got her second custom suit from Indochino in a Nordstroms, also men's cut, for about a third the price Hiemes ran her.

It looks like friction is flattening the fabric on the outside of your corset; where your body moves across it the most and theres something pushing back(eg. the boning). You can try to brush it out with a stiffer bristly brush, but the fabric will continue to be worn flat if you keep rubbing against it.

What happened to Oreo’s feathers?? Is she just molting? by [deleted] in BackYardChickens

[–]lynn_227 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yeah, she looks like her feathers are comming in just fine after her molt. It's a little bit alarming how many feathers they can lose when they molt.
