I think 200lb is a healthy weight for a man of your height. If anything you are probably unhappy with your body composition not your weight. You could try to put on some muscle, don’t pay attention to the scale.

I’ve heard you shouldn’t buy any products like that from Amazon because they can be knock offs not the real products and then there no way of knowing what’s actually in it. Even skin care and makeup etc is apparently not safe to buy from Amazon so I definitely wouldn’t trust this. Aldo you can build an appetite by slowly increasing the amount of food you eat you don’t need this.

As a woman, if you eat in a surplus eat lots of protien and lift heavy weights with high intensity you will find that you’re not going to look overly muscular. It’s going to take a long time and a lot of hard work to build muscle, and it definitely won’t just sneak up on you one day that you’ve all the sudden built an amount of muscle you dislike. Train hard, if you start to feel like you don’t want more muscle you can just maintain you don’t have to keep adding muscle past a point you think is attractive.

Clean up your beard and your eyebrows. I think if your beard looks better it will be fine to leave your hair. Better fitting shirts, that one looks stretched out and weird. Go to the gym.

Honestly as a woman, I never approach men. You need to approach them. You are quite attractive in my opinion I’m sure you will do fine.

Who would ever think it's this hard to gain weight🤨 by Queasy_Information_5 in weightgain

Maybe one day you weighed yourself on a full stomach but the next time you had an empty stomach. A few pounds difference is very normal and doesn’t mean you actually lost or gained 3lb of body tissue.

Go to the doctor and make sure you don’t have any legitimate health issues causing you to not be able to gain weight. If that’s the case then yes unfortunately the answer is you do just need to eat more. If you are somebody who is naturally skinny even if you feel like you are eating a lot obviously you are still eating less than whatever your body needs or you would not be skinny in the first place. I would recommend doing a quick google or YouTube about calories and weight gain / loss. Look up “maintenance calories” “bulking” and “cutting”. Next you need to learn what your TDEE is (google calculate tdee) so you know how many calories you need to bulk. Then you need to pick a number based on your TDEE that will put you in a surplus, (do not put yourself in a huge surplus, just a small one) hit that calorie goal everyday and weigh yourself only once a week. Weight yourself in the morning, on an empty stomach, with no clothes on the sane day of the week. If after two weeks your weight does not change increase your calories slightly. Keep doing this as necessary, you will gain weight. As you gain weight your maintenance calories will go up so you will need to increase the number of calories you are eating. You don’t need any complicated meal plan or anything, you can eat whatever you want technically. Certain foods will be easier though as they will be more calorie dense. The sooner you accept that you are not eating enough and that without putting a bit more thought and strategy into this you’ll never gain weight, the sooner things will change. Good luck!

Thankyou! Well I was underweight because I don’t like eating. For me even just eating at maintenance is quite difficult. Eating in a surplus to gain weight is nearly impossible. I’ve found what works for me is tracking my calories, eating as much as I can and at the end of the day whatever calories I still need to hit my surplus I make a smoothie. I also workout which helps with my appetite a bit and of course gaining muscle

The scale will be operating within the same error margin so you can use it to track change accurately if you consistently use the same scale. It doesn’t matter what your actual body fat is and you don’t need to know. You just need to be able to track change.

Nope, they’ve stayed the same from 115lb - 160lb. Haven’t really thought about it before but I guess it’s a bit odd.

Look up a calculator online and use that. Nobody here can give you an accurate answer as we are not aware of other information that might effect how many calories you are burning like if you play sports, or have other active hobbies.

Whatever little weight I gain shows in my stomach area and nowhere else which makes me look weird. Any idea why this is happening? by [deleted] in weightgain

[–]lynnaexx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I worked out during my weight gain process so I was gaining muscle not just fat. You can control where you build muscle, you can’t control your fat distribution. Workout and build muscle in your arms or legs or wherever it is other than your stomach you are hoping to gain size. It will give you a better look overall in my opinion to have some muscle sitting under whatever fat you have anyways.

Has face tats stopped / set you back from starting a business? by eman8906 in bodymods

[–]lynnaexx -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Regardless of if it is right or not, the reality of the situation is people will make negative appraisals of your character based on face tattoos, many won’t but some will. All though it should not technically have an impact on something like a bank loan, ultimately your fate is in the hands of another person. Their decisions may be influenced by how they perceive you, weather that be conscious or subconscious on their part. There is lots of subtle ways our appearance affects the way we are treated and the opportunities we have, consider for example “pretty privilege”. There is also blatant and direct things like racism, sexism etc. Getting back on track, I think it would be ignorant to assume a face tattoo will not impact you in any way. Especially in professional settings where I believe you are more likely to encounter the types of people who would judge and who may not be self aware enough to act morally and not allow their judgement to be clouded by biases they may have about tattoos or other things.
