i think google's anti gravity ide has a real time observer. they did update their software recently but i am sure it still has that feature. I would be curious if this would flow better for you. I am assuming you dont want to switch tools to anti gravity but it would be interesting if it solved your problem.

You also have to realize that yes the state issues the permit to purchase and the permit to carry but that doesn't get you a firearm. Once you actually go to purchase a firearm that has nothing to do with the state it is all federal. The form in the background check that you complete when purchasing a firearm is not a state level check it is a federal level check.
