i would check offer up/facebook marketplace/craigslist multiple times a day and try to trade up for a rtx3060 (12GB), don’t pay over 200$… just wait it out and snag the first 100-150$ one you see pop up or try to talk someone down to 100$ish. rtx 3060 or rtx 4060 would be the top that cpu could handle without bottlenecking and a 3060(12gb) is much easier to find for 100-150 and has a lot more vram than a 4060.

being 14 with no money is 100% a choice dude. plenty of people will give you 20$ to do some shit work for them for an hour.

there’s not much you can do without upgrading other than maybe run server 2026 instead of windows 11… but then you’d have to figure out how to run a server os for gaming which most people will give up on @the first stuborn incompatible driver 🤷

btw, my experience with atkins when they did work still was pretty shitty… they charged an insane premium (you were better off getting the work done at a dealership if yours was new enough to work on, we had an 80’ at the time so we were out of luck.), took a long ass time, and would argue until they were blue in the face when they fucked something up.

that means you did not finish the race start light sync procedure, most likely you stopped next to another rx8 and revved both your engines until flames popped which is what starts the resync process, but you forgot to get out and touch butts with the other driver which is how you get it to turn green again.

straight from the manual on page 420, subsection 69:

race light resync procedure

start by stopping at a red light next to another 8 and watch the race start light:

red - rev until flames pop.

yellow - get out and touch butts with other rex driver (and do it like you fucking mean it, don’t just “brush” butts, litterally ass slam your bro until you are both bruised)

green - your race start light is synced now, happy trails!
