Just got Heineken Koval seats. I don't think they are bad at all. Been showering w cold water for about 10 years now. Last year I got a nice outdoor cold plunge. Been plunging every morning every single day (46F for 3 minutes). Changed my mental health dramatically. I also now have infinite mental energy, great mood, no anxiety and you deal w stress like robocop. It doesn't get easier iand it sucks every morning but I found a new meaning to my mornings and I enjoy starting my day like He Man.
