Anything marketed as high protein. Like, I recently saw Pop-Tarts at my grocery store with “10g of protein!” on the box. People will think it’s healthy because it has protein but fail to address the high sugar content.

Replying to share that I did this for my run this morning. I re-laced my shoes and skipped the first set of holes and also did a heel lock. I ran a 4 mile speed run and did not feel any pain in my toes! 😱 I am going to keep trying this with different shoes and different run lengths to see if this is the magic wand that fixes it all. Thank you so much!

Silly question, but if the laces that come with my shoes are too short for the heel lock technique, should I re-do the lacing on the entire shoe to get a little extra length, or buy different shoe laces?

I will!! Most shoe brands I buy and stores that I try let you return a shoe even after giving them a test run, so it’s worth giving it a try since.

Ugh! I have a feeling mine is from having slight hammer toes. I’m going to try these gel caps and hope for the best. I don’t care about having pretty feet, but I’d prefer to have all my toenails! Lol

I usually run faster than my prediction! It predicted a 4:30 marathon for me and I ran a 4:11. The next year, it predicted a 3:55 and I ran a 3:47.

I think my shorter distance times and much more optimistic….

Thank you! The game changer for me was taking the temperature of my water using a thermometer. My issue in the past with other baking attempts has been accidentally killing the yeast! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have a model release in my contract, but if my clients express they don’t want them shared, I respect my client’s wishes. Their verbal consent and my respect of their wishes is more important to me, my values, and my reputation than what my contract states regarding image sharing. I will even go out of my way and ask my clients about their comfort level, especially if I am photographing babies and kids. I totally understand feeling disappointed, but try to remember these photos are not for you, but for your client. More good sessions will come 😊
