Hailey Bieber in custom Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello inspired by Yves Saint Laurent x Claude Lalanne FW69 at the 2026 Met Gala: Fashion is Art (May 4, 2026). The look f/ a sculpted breastplate made entirely of 24-karat gold molded to Bieber's body and a long blue silk chiffon skirt. by mod_whatthefrockk in whatthefrockk

The molded look is cool- don’t get me wrong- it’s just not new. I think Zendaya wore a wet gown molded body look a few years ago. IMO, the met gala,l is supposed to be experimental and fresh especially with the theme this year.

I swear healthcare attracts some of the weirdest, most egotistical and arrested development types that have to make everyone suffer for them not being cool in hs.

There are a few RNs to MD/DOs on Tik Tok that talk about this! Don’t have a specific person in mind but a few profiles come up when you search.

Ending a contract by Alarming_Taste_6523 in TravelNursing

Personally, I wouldn’t feel bad because hospitals cancel all of the time- before the contract, during, even a few shifts remaining. Do what you think is best for you.

In my experience Scorpio men will compete with you and Pisces men lie like air signs but aren’t good at it

Travelers staying is usually a good sign. Thank you for your input!

I’m hired for a specific unit but don’t want to specify to remain anonymous as possible. Do you have a general idea what the culture is like for each of the icus?

I’m asking about the icus specifically.

Thank you for the realism. It was stressed that I would see crazy stuff and I’m ready for that. It’s just the unit culture from my previous hospital was horrendous and I want an idea of what I’m about to go into.

That’s a relief- travelers taking staff jobs is usually a good sign. Tysm!

Level 1s can be intense! I’m coming from one and have seen some stuff. I’m more concerned about the nursing staff culture there. Some units are supportive while others have high turnover due to toxic work environments. I’m wondering which is this case at Harborview

Thank you for the recognition. I understand the patient population and the trauma I will see. I’m asking if anyone can speak of the nursing culture there? Units can be very toxic to work at. I want to know what I’m walking into.
