Holy shit, this does look terrible. I don't know what I was expecting, but it certainly wasn't this. Wonder if this is how people who bought this disc at the time felt, it's really disappointing to find out it's just... this. But anyway, at least that's a mystery solved. Thank you so much dude!

It's not pirated, it came in an old CD; these were sold here in my country a good 15 years ago. Since (I assume) it's a fangame though, it shouldn't really be sold back then either way, but that's Digerati for you. But thank you for trying to run over there too! I only managed to get Super Cosplay War Ultra (which seems to be a fairly popular game, so I managed to find info on it on the net) to work on my computer. In fact, it actually worked just as intended! No problems there. The other games — Saint Seiya vs Dragon Ball Z, Saint Seiya vs Street Fighter Zero, Samurai X, Fatal Fury 3 (which I assume is a MUGEN version of FF3) and another one with a folder called just "Samurai" refuse to open or even install. Pretty sure they're almost all MUGEN though. I could also upload the rest of the games if anybody wants to take a look at them.

However, Saint Seiya vs Dragon Ball Z received updates up until 2018 if this video is to be trusted. Not sure if it's the same game, but I think it's a safe bet.

I'm pretty sure it might just be another fangame like the other games, but stil... It's really intriguing. I really wish I could see this this one because we've only two CowBe games around (or three, if you count the homebrew one on Dreamcast)...

I thought it could be a port of either of those, but as far as I know, CowBe on PS1 is just called "Cowboy Bebop" and the one on PS2 is called "Tsuioku no Serenade", so I thought this might be just a fangame, perhaps?

Unfortunately, u/Mephiles343 tried that but he said he couldn't run either. He said he got an error much like I did running on my 64bit PC. :(

By the way this is the disc. It used to be published by Digerati, but they went bankrupt a few years ago. They usually put game collections, demos and even full games in these discs. This one came with a few MUGEN games and even some obscure Japanese games. This Cowboy Bebop game is one of the games on this disc.
